Management changes a lot. If you have children, there is no place like a playground or grassy area to play. This complex has a filthy dangerous irrigation ditch in front that is in disrepair. A hazard for kids. The only attribute is location. You get what you pay for. This complex is surrounded by a middle class neighborhood. The people that live in the neighborhood think the complex is an eyesore.
