Jennifer the manager is great, but the maintenance guy is sloppy. He recently came to replace a part in the toilet and once he was done he walked out and was like itâs fixedâ¦ when I walked in after him he had left a huge puddle of water on the floor. Didnât clean it up and didnât say anything about it either. This isnât the first time heâs left a mess. Very dissatisfied with that guy.

The apartments are poorly renovated to the point of it almost being comical. Everything is done with minimal care or attention to detail. I believe that they are using every loophole to overcharge and make an undeserved profit before actually committing to providing quality service. I am able to provide pictures and documentation of every aspect of the apartment that was not done properly and was not move ready at the time we took over the lease. Jennifer, the property manager has been wonderful to work with. Everything else is worth avoiding 100%.

Just got our keys yesterday. Jennifer the manager has been a delight to work with so far very kind, professional and quick. We actually inquired about an apartment at Elmwood Apartments but there were no openings there when we needed to move Jennifer told us about the Eastbrook opening and met with me on a Saturday to see the apartment. So far a wonderful experience.
